The Performance Report - History at your Fingertips

EconomicInvestor's handy Performance Report gives you short, intermediate, and long-term graphs of your stocks', funds', and favorite indices' past performance. Not only can you see how one of your investments has done over time, you can also compare that investment to the stock market as a whole, or even to another stock or fund. This helpful tool also provides you with common statistics about the data, including measures of return and value.

Though you can find performance reports through other services, few, if any, give you all the flexibility, options, and information that EconomicInvestor provides free of charge. So enjoy EconomicInvestor's Performance Report, as our gift to you.

As opposed to the many cookie-cutter performance reports found on other financial websites, EconomicInvestor lets you choose what goes onto the graph. Simplest, of course, is to just view one investment's history. From a detailed look at its price fluctuations during the past month to an 11-year bird's-eye view, you can see how well your investments have performed. However, you can also compare and contrast their successes. By charting two stocks, funds, or indices against each other, you can see how they responded differently to historical events and which ones have come out on top.

EconomicInvestor's Performance Report also gives you a table of useful information. You can use this to see the investment's total return from the beginning of the graph to the current date, the average annual return you would have received, and the annualized standard deviation of returns. In addition, the table reports the minimum, maximum, and average values of that investment over the period shown on the graph.

For subscribed users, the Performance Report tool becomes even more powerful: you can use it to track your own portfolios' performance and compare them to other benchmarks, including each other. Additionally, you can compare up to three investments plus a MacroRisk Factor on the same graph. EconomicInvestor is here to help.
