MacroRisk Factor - Euro Exchange Rate

The Euro Exchange Rate measures how many dollars it takes to buy 1,000 Euros. The Euro is the currency of 16 countries of the European Union. When the dollar is "strong" compared to the Euro, (when a dollar can buy more Euros), it is "cheaper" to buy things with United States dollars than with Euros. When the dollar is "weak," the opposite is true. These statistics are not seasonally adjusted.
